Adept in a broad range of subject matter, Mae is especially drawn to organic and floral themes. She often chooses natural background settings to showcase the lush flowers, fruits, and foliage that have become her trademark. Painted in a realistic style viewers of her work will be struck by an overwhelming vibrancy of color and contrast, often with an underlying abstract quality. Her completed works may utilize "on site" painting, sketching or use of professional quality composite photographs.

Residing in the scenic Rogue Valley, Mae enjoys teaching watercolor from her studio/gallery in Medford and is often called upon to judge, jury and critique for art groups.
