Brian Day, the son of famous seven time Academy Award winning Motion Picture Art Director, Richard Day, was destined to become an artist. While attending high school Brian won a full scholarship to the prestigious Philadelphia Museum School of Art. After completing school he went on to a successful career as Art Director for numerous nationally recognized companies.

In 1961, Brian established his own publishing company specializing in producing fine art greeting cards and social stationery. After many successful years, Brian divested himself of the company in the late 1970's to concentrate on more artistic endeavors which included creating finely crafter designs for the collectible art and giftware industries. In addition, through an agency, Brian created paintings and illustrations used by National Wildlife, The Sierra Club, The National Geographic Society, The Audubon Society and The United States Golf Association to name a few and gaining him a national reputation.
